How do I place orders from album?

You can send us an email and tell us the ID of the items that you want and send us the links of every items,then we will tell you the prices and how to pay

Which currency the prices are in at our website?

The currency are in US dollars.We also accept EURO and GBP,etc.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We will ship the bags within 1-2 days after we confim your order, unless otherwise noted. Any orders placed over the weekend, (After 3:30 P.M. on  Saturday & Sunday,) will be shipped on Monday. Most orders take 5-7 days for delivery.  On rare accessions we may have an unexpected delay on an order.  

How can I know my order status?

Once we send the bags, we will give you a tracking number, with which you can check your order online. We are also keeping an eye on your bags until they reach you.

What shipping method do you use?

We usually send your bags via air-express EMS . 

Are the handbags authentic?

Though all bags are replicas, they are of high quality and Conforming to one standard as the authentic bags.

Do you sell retail or wholesale?

Yes. We sell single bag and purse as well as bulk purchases.

Do you have custom other designers handbags or purses?

Yes, just write us about your requirements, preferably with pictures. We will contact you for further discussions.

How do I place orders?

You can place your order via email. Write to info@glenda.cn Indicate which bags you want, with protuct number, quantities, preferably with pictures.

Once we receive your order, we will check the stock for you, and send you a  invoice with the total costs. If you agree, you can make your full payment via Western Union, MoneyGram or bank transfer. We will send your package once we get the money.

Do you charge impost?

We don’t charge impost , We don’t carry duty on any damages or loss during shipping.
